By using this website or commissioning an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Services described

Pages on this site describe professional commerce analytics engagements for online sellers. Descriptions are informational. A separate written scope or confirmation email forms the contract for paid work.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, visual design, and original methodology descriptions, belongs to Future Matrixbase Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Client deliverables are licensed for the client’s internal business use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not republish our packs as your own product.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of exports and authorisations you provide, for securing any marketplace permissions required, and for decisions you make after receiving findings. We do not operate your seller accounts unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

No professional substitutes

Our work is analytics advisory. It does not replace licensed legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice under Thai or foreign law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Future Matrixbase Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits arising from marketplace changes, delayed exports, or decisions made after an engagement. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Website availability

We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Forms that post to our mock acknowledgement endpoint on this static site are for demonstration of client-side validation in the published build.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
